The Call Sheet

Guides · 1 min read

How to read a casting brief.

What each part of a brief tells you, and the questions to ask before you apply.

Every opportunity on Talnt House follows the same five parts: fit, commitment, compensation, scope and rights, and submission.

Read the commitment section first. If you can’t make every date, including fittings and rehearsals, it isn’t the role for you this time.

Check how the fee is quoted: per hour, per shoot, per day or for a package. Then read the usage: where the work will appear, for how long and in which territories.
