About

Talnt House is a talent and opportunity platform based in Barbados. We built it to make it simple for clients to find the right people and for talent to find meaningful work, without a middleman in every conversation.

What we believe

Talent should own their profile and their relationships. Clients should be able to post an opportunity, review applicants and hire directly. And when a project needs a guiding hand, our concierge team is here to run the opportunity for you.

Barbados first, Caribbean next

We're starting at home, with talent and productions across the island, and building for opportunities around the Caribbean and beyond.
